Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You’ll work closely with internal operations and client-facing teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success, performance goals are met, and opportunities for optimization are continually explored.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone with a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, campaign strategy, and performance analysis. You’ll play a critical part in helping our clients achieve measurable results through data-driven advertising and operational excellence.


What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on Google and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Experienced in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple client accounts using Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager.
  • Expertise in Google Ads campaign types, including Paid Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads campaign objectives, including Traffic, Lead Generation, and Video Views.
  • Skilled in building and managing a variety of Meta ad formats, including Image, Carousel, Video, Collection, and Flexible ads.
  • Deep understanding of campaign and portfolio bid strategies, including Maximize Conversions, Maximize Clicks, Maximize Conversion Value, Target CPA, and Target ROAS.
  • Proven history of deploying and optimizing campaigns for both B2C and B2B objectives.
  • Proficient in leveraging off-platform tools, such as generative AI and spreadsheets, to develop creative solutions and improve campaign management efficiency.

  • Google Ads cross-account bulk sheet uploads
  • Connected TV (CTV), DOOH, or other programmatic tactics
  • Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, or Display & Video 360
  • LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Nextdoor, or Angi marketing platforms
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio
  • CallRail, Marchex, GoHighLevel, or other DNI call-tracking platforms
  • Google or Meta HubSpot integration
 

What You’ll Do

  • Responsibilities include the activation of new Paid Search, Paid Social, Performance Max, YouTube, and Local Service Ads campaigns.
  • Complete internal pre-launch QA checklist
  • Conduct self-audits to ensure accounts are aligned with best practices.
  • Coordinate with account management team members on the collection of pre and post launch deliverables such as trafficking and verification documents
  • Maintain campaigns within approved account structure and creative frameworks
  • Implementation of campaign creative trafficking
  • Assist account team members in data gathering for RFPs and media plans
  • Perform recurring optimizations aligned with internal checklists at scheduled cadences.
  • Utilize account alerts to address changes in performance or anomalous activity as they occur.
  • Document campaign updates, optimizations, and notable performance trends within internal tools for full account team visibility.
  • Provide campaign insights and recommendations to internal team members.
  • Contribute to organizational knowledge shares including educational training, platform enhancements, performance highlights, industry news, and new campaign learnings.
  • Ongoing completion of required training and self-directed learning to stay informed on industry trends and emphasize continuous skillset development.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Information

This role is located in Berkley, MI. This role has the ability to work from home as well as come into the office. You will be expected to come into the office several times a month.
