What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in traditional and programmatic digital media at an agency or brand.
- 1-3 years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying, optimization, and analytics across digital and traditional channels.
- 1-3 years of experience with Google Ads
- 1-3 years of experience with Facebook Business Manager
- Familiar with DSP is a plus (Xandr, Trade Desk)
- Experience managing social media campaigns is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. This is a client facing role.
- Ability to take initiative and be accountable for assigned deliverables.
- Highly organized and able to manage conflicting priorities.
- Ability to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently.

What You'll be Responsible for
The Brand Strategy Associate assists in the cohesive execution of client media, creative, and analytics strategies, with a focus on enterprise accounts. They work closely with the Brand Strategy Manager to monitor campaign performance and facilitate client reporting needs. They assist in the development of account strategies and may handle some complex client issues. This role requires good communication and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a solid understanding of KORTX products and services to assist in driving client growth & retention.
- Work with internal teams to ensure high levels of campaign performance.
- Conduct regular audits and checks to maintain the highest standard of quality in all delivered campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing weekly insights and strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Brand Strategy Manager on reporting needs and deliverables.
- Assist in strategic planning of both traditional and digital media campaigns.
- Trafficking of Print media assets to publishers and partners.
- Common tasks are not limited to but may include the following:
- Assist in monitoring and managing project timelines and milestones to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Trafficking of Print media campaigns and logistics for successful campaign rollouts through the client service desk (Jira)
- Provide support for tag management, including QA, troubleshooting, and client support.
- Compile campaign reports and provide insightful analyses to support data-driven decision-making and optimizations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal KORTX teams and stay up to date on media trends and opportunities.
- Travel in market as needed for account support.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

This role is located in Berkley, MI, and is a hybrid role.
